If you received a damaged product, incorrect size, or wrong item:
- We offer a complimentary exchange.
- Please contact us within 3 days, and we'll arrange a pickup.
- After receiving the product, our team will inspect it, and you'll receive a replacement or refund, as per your preference.

If you simply don't like the product, size, or have other reasons:
- A nominal fee will be charged (depending on the number of items and their weight). Prepayment of these charges is required.
- Please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Upon payment of the exchange charges, we'll initiate the pickup.
- After receiving the product, our team will inspect it, and you'll receive a replacement or refund, as per your preference.
- Refund Policy:
- Upon inspection and quality check of the returned item, a refund will be processed to your bank account within 7 working days.
- Our customer care executive will reach out to you via email or WhatsApp to collect the necessary bank details.
- Shipping charges for the return of the product will be DEDUCTED from the refund.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The product must be in its original condition with tags attached.
- You must have the invoice for the product.
- Exchange requests will not be accepted after 7 days.
- Second-time exchanges are not possible.
