    • Please contact us within 3 days, and we'll arrange a pickup.
    • After receiving the product, our team will inspect it, and you'll receive a replacement or refund, as per your preference.
  2. If you simply don't like the product, size, or have other reasons:

    • A nominal fee will be charged (depending on the number of items and their weight). Prepayment of these charges is required.
    • Please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Upon payment of the exchange charges, we'll initiate the pickup.
    • After receiving the product, our team will inspect it, and you'll receive a replacement or refund, as per your preference.
  3. Refund Policy:
    • Upon inspection and quality check of the returned item, a refund will be processed to your bank account within 7 working days.
    • Our customer care executive will reach out to you via email or WhatsApp to collect the necessary bank details.
    • Shipping charges for the return of the product will be DEDUCTED from the refund.
